Walking a mile or so in Beijing

Many of the photos thus far of Beijing have shown various sites and interesting places, but nothing about what just walking down a street is like.

So, today I went to meet a couple of people, and walked about 1.5-2km (~1mi) to where we were to meet up. These are photographs of that journey, taken roughly every 50m or so.
